Our Duty
We prioritise the mental health of our young artists. Navigating the demands of a music career can be overwhelming, and we understand the emotional challenges they face. That’s why have DJ Archie School resident Ross Harvey, a certified coach and mental health first aider, to offer support for all our talent. Ross focuses on mindset, self-belief, and resilience. His coaching ensures that our young DJs, MCs, and producers not only develop their craft but also maintain their mental well-being. By integrating mental health support, we ensure they’re ready for the challenges of the industry, and most importantly, that they thrive in all areas of their lives.
